We’re pleased to announce longstanding supporters CMS has become an official member of our business engagement programme at St Luke’s. Everyone here at St Luke’s is excited and honoured to have the CMS London team supporting the work we do with our community, and we look forward to further developing this special relationship.

There are so many ways in which staff from CMS can get involved, and we will continue working with them closely to deliver services in line with our objectives for our community:

1. The need to tackle disadvantage, including supporting people into employment.
2. The need to improve the health and wellbeing of local people.
3. The need to build a sense of community.

A big ‘thank you’ to the CMS team for a very successful and engaging gardening day at Wesley Chapel recently. This event was organised in partnership with St Luke’s Growing Connections gardening programme. Your fantastic support through donating your time was instrumental in transforming the gardens.

The great support we’ve received from corporate volunteering has helped many local residents secure jobs or become self-employed, improved people’s confidence and IT skills and helped people make new friends and social connections. Young people have also been inspired on their career paths and many local green spaces have been improved. This has only been possible through our special relationships with corporate supporters.
